We’ll process your refund promptly—no return required—making your experience as seamless as possible, and hassle-free!
To initiate your refund, please send us your full details, order number, and a brief description of your experience along with the reason for your refund request. When you contact us, kindly use [REFUND REQUEST] as your email subject. We’ll make sure your refund is processed back to your original payment method within 7-15 business days if deemed approved. We appreciate your understanding that, while we’re happy to cover the cost of the product, shipping fees from your original purchase are non-refundable.
To ensure our money-back guarantee remains a valuable resource for all our customers, we also have established a few guidelines. We limit the use of this guarantee to one (1) individual product for purchases of that specific item. If you order multiple units
of the same product, the guarantee will apply to a refund for one of those items only.
We usually offer pack and bundle options for some of our products. A pack may include two, three, or more of the same item, or different products typically at a discounted price. If you purchase a pack and later decide you’re not happy with it, we will only refund (1) individual product for purchases of that specific order, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. This approach helps us maintain the integrity of our guarantee while allowing you the confidence to try our products.
Exceptions:
We want to ensure clarity regarding our return policy:
1. Discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for refunds.
2. Products purchased with Rewards points are also excluded from our REFUND policy.
3. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be applied to subscription services, with no exceptions.
4. Please note that any purchase made using a gift card is considered final and non-refundable.

Please note that if more than 30 days have passed after the delivery date, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. Please note that we cannot change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. Make sure to verify that your delivery address is accurate and valid during checkout. We are not responsible for missing shipments resulting from incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
